Can I book rides at Waterworld?

A

No, there is no need to book any rides at Waterworld. Simply come to the ticket office, located at the lakeside of the Cabanas Hotel, purchase a ticket and take the ride straight away. The rides are on a first come, first serve basis. You won’t be able to leave and return to use the ticket later.

Do I need to know how to swim to go on the rides?

A

The answer is yes, except for the speedboat and cruise boats.

Is there an age limit for any of the rides?

A

Yes, on a jetski or pedal boat, you need to be a minimum of 18 years to go alone. Otherwise you can be accompanied by an adult or skipper.

Is there a weight limit for parasailing?

A

There is a minimum and maximum weight limit which varies according to the wind. As a general guideline we don’t take people less than 30kg or more than 140kg (this is also the maximum combined weight for a double parasail).

Is there an age limit for the mini-quad bikes?

A

Yes, the minimum age is 6 years old and the maximum is 12 years old.

Can I pay with a credit or debit card?

A

Yes, we accept cash and card payments.

Is Waterworld open everyday of the week?

A

Yes, we are open everyday of the year including Christmas and New Year’s day.
